The idea behind ParkFit circuit training is to keep you moving by only allowing you to take minimal breaks between exercises. When one muscle group is worked, the others can rest. This makes optimal use of your rest periods, so it’s very time efficient! All body parts are trained in one session, in a balanced, safe way. We also offer small intimate group personal training (4 or less people) which allows you to enjoy the benefits of an individualised training program and the motivation of training in a group dynamic!

Circuits are a great way of working the whole body, improving strength, cardio and balance. Circuit training is suitable for all fitness levels as stations can be varied or modified to have a basic, moderate or high intensity. We also do a moving circuit, working our way around a park completing various exercises as we go.
30min Lunch Session
Lunch sessions are a great way to break up the work day and get some extra exercise into your day. The group sessions are 30 minutes giving you time to get changed and have a bite to eat after the session.
