Mums n Bubs Fitness
Group sessions for mums ready to regain and enhance their post-pregnancy fitness through safe, effective strength and fat-burning exercises.
The sessions give you the chance to come and exercise with others mums in a small, relaxed, friendly, supportive group for a post natal workout WITHOUT having to organise a babysitter. You will be shown ways to use your stroller, resistance and your own body weight to burn fat, tone your muscles and increase your stamina. All sessions are usually held in a fully gated child-friendly playground area, so your little ones don't wonder away out of sight. Usually held in mornings 8:15am or 9:15am so pop in & join us after your school drop!
It's also a great chance to socialise with other mums while you exercise and gain a supportive network of friends. (Winter sessions:If looks like rain, we move to a full sheltered area nearby so sessions continue on!)
