One on One Session
For clients wanting personalised fitness sessions tailored specifically to achieving their goals.
Your first session with your personal trainer will be a fitness assessment which involves an initial consultation to ascertain your medical history, previous training experience, any specific needs and goal setting.
Your trainer will also conduct a basic fitness test to establish your current fitness level, giving us a base line to track your progress in the future. You will be given a report at your second session with all the results from your initial session.
Couple or Buddy Session (2 clients 1 trainer)
Buddy Personal training is a cost effective way to train, working out with a family member or friend can be fun, motivating and challenging.You and your partner will work through a single program together offering moral support to one another.
An individual session will need to be booked initially to complete your fitness assessment form.
